What is an LL.M?

According to the law of 2011. CCIV 52. § article (6) about the National higher education

Those who have achieved diploma in the second law master program built on master degree result legal instruction are entitled to use the title of Legum Magister or Master of Laws (abbreviated as LL.M)

The course concept links theory and practical knowledge to professional law. The high level curriculum offers solid grounding in the institutional fundamentals of the European economic integration and an introduction to international law. The foundation classes are followed by core courses which provide comprehensive overview on chosed specialization. Specialized courses in the 2nd semester allows student to immerse in areas such as business, taxation and human rights.
